## RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As outlined in our Returns Policy:
- Returns are only accepted for damaged items or incorrect orders
- Size exchanges are available for non-discounted items within 48 hours of delivery
- Panties cannot be exchanged or returned except in cases of damage or incorrect order
- All returns must include original tags and be in unused condition
- Returns must reach us within 5 working days of delivery
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges
- Customized orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges
- Refunds are not available on any orders

 

## CANCELLATION POLICY

- Customer cancellations are only accepted if the order has not been processed
- All refunds will be processed to the original payment method
