Refund policy


Return/Exchange Eligibility

  • Products purchased during B2G1, are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns/exchanges. They can only be replaced if there are any manufacturing defects within 7 days.

Products can be returned only if:

  • Items are damaged
  • Items received are not as per original order
  • Size does not fit properly (exchange only)

Important Note: Panties cannot be exchanged or returned except in cases of damage or incorrect order fulfilment.

Exchange Policy

  • We offer size exchanges, in case it does not fit properly
  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery
  • Exchange process must be initiated within 2 days of receiving your order

 

Return Process

  • Contact customer service at info@bodylinelingerie.in
  • Original receipt copy
  • Note specifying size requirements (for exchanges)
  • Product with original tags intact and unused
  • Proper protective packaging

 

Shipping & Timeframes

  • Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges
  • Returns must reach us within 5 working days of delivery
  • Use only trackable courier services
  • Items received after the stipulated timeframe will be returned to sender

Product Condition Requirements
All returned items must be:

  • In saleable condition
  • Unused
  • Include original product tags
  • Same brand as purchased
  • Properly packaged

Important Notes

  1. Final decision on product replacement rests with WATERFLOWER INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED
  2. Refunds are not available on any orders
  3. The company will communicate decisions regarding returns/exchanges via email
  4. All exchanges are subject to size availability
